Molden Real Estate Corp. was formed by area businessman Ed L. Molden in 1955. The family owned company has grown into more than 250 apartment units throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Molden Real Estate Corp. is also involved in home purchases and commercial properties.

Molden Real Estate Corp. started managing their own buildings in Winchester, VA and has grown as far as West Virginia. The Molden Family decided to expand and purchase more properties in the area, this lead to the company's growth in other locations outside of Winchester-Frederick County. Although they have grown, their family owned business values are still as important today as they were over 50 years and three generations ago.
